We begin with best olives in the world. We’re not biased.
We work with cooperatives of small farmers, in the hills of Andalucía, in southern Spain. They carefully tend their groves, and harvest the olives by hand.
The farming, harvesting, production and distribution of this extra virgin olive oil is controlled by an independent agency, CAAE, that is authorized by the European Union and the United States Department of Agriculture to certify this product as Organic.

The oil is cold extracted solely by mechanical means, and after rigorous quality controls, it is bottled locally in state-of-the-art cooperative facilities. The extraction and bottling follow strict European Union organic agriculture standards.
